1
Wait, were there other sessions about the product?
자막엔 'there were'로 적혔지만 의문문 억양이므로 Were there로 교정해 연습.
2
That's wild.
'That's crazy.'
3
Granted, it's because my algorithm is set that way.
4
It was supposed to take at least three months with a hundred team members.
be supposed to take + 시간 = 원래 ~만큼 걸리게 되어 있다. at least 발음은 '앳 리스트'로 연음.
5
Every time I see this, I don't ever see what they actually made.
don't ever = never의 강조형. 'I don't ever see ~'는 '한 번도 ~한 적 없어'를 더 힘 있게 말하는 구어체.
6
I hope this is a transition phase.
transition phase/period = 과도기. 'We're in a transition phase.'
7
And I don't know what that is.
what that is (간접의문문 어순: what + 주어 + 동사). 'I don't know what that means.'
8
There is no end goal to what this is.
'What's the end goal here?'
9
At the same time, there is no justification to say no to that.
justification to do = ~할 정당한 이유. say no to ~ = ~를 거절하다. 'I had no reason to say no.'로 쉽게 변형.
10
And the crazy thing is, you can actually do it.
The crazy thing is (that) ~ = '놀라운 점은 ~야'. The funny/sad/best thing is ~ 패턴으로 확장. actually 강세로 '진짜로'를 강조.
11
But you know what the problem is?
You know what the problem is? 'You know what the best part is?'
12
You get praised for that and then you feel a sense of pride.
get praised for = ~로 칭찬받다. a sense of pride/accomplishment = 자부심/성취감. 결혼식 축사에서 'a sense of ~'는 아주 유용.
13
And then we move on.
'Let's move on.'
14
What's the whole point of this whole AI thing?
What's the (whole) point of ~?

that, is crazy.
0:01
it's all about the process, process, process.
0:03
And how are we gonna make it efficient?
0:05
Right.
0:05
That's number one.
0:06
Wait, there were other sessions about the product.
0:09
Right. But that first session was about AI and how do you incorporate it into your process at work?
0:14
We, I don't think we ever talked about through The, entire m trip Wow.
0:18
how we want to think about the product.
0:20
That's wild.
0:21
Yeah.
0:21
But I don't think it's a foreign thing in um, today's landscape.
0:26
Interesting.
0:27
Okay.
0:28
Scene number two, every time I go into like LinkedIn
0:32
Or threads.
0:35
Like granted, it's because of my algorithms set that way.
0:37
Sure. But all I see is.
0:40
blah, blah, blah is Yeah.
0:42
Now that like, Claude, whatever, blah.
0:44
And I did this And this and this and like one day Yeah.
0:48
Which was supposed to take like at least three months in like whatever with like a hundred team members.
0:53
Right?
0:55
And every time I see this I don't ever see what they actually made
1:01
and Yeah. what value they brought To the world, Mm-hmm.
1:05
Mm-hmm.
1:05
And so I think we're in this era, and I hope this is a transition phase mm-hmm.
1:10
Where we only talk about the process of how efficient it became Rather than what actual like intrinsic value that they introduced the world another thing mm-hmm.
1:23
When you see these posts, I think
1:27
I know what you not Yeah, no.
1:29
Every time they throw in this word, we use AI and made this so efficient.
1:34
Yeah. So that quote, we could focus on the thing that really matters, unquote.
1:40
Yeah. Yeah.
1:40
And I don't know what that is.
1:42
They never actually they never actually mentioned that.
1:44
Yeah. And I grant you 100% Yeah.
1:46
What they're doing with that spare time is talking about how they can make it more again.
1:50
yeah.
1:51
yeah.
1:51
And so there is no end goal to what this is.
1:54
Right.
1:55
Another thing.
1:57
I feel like in today's there's no limit in which what you can ask to do To your employees.
2:06
Both in terms of the time span mm-hmm.
2:08
And the range work.
2:10
And at the same time, there is no justification to say no to that.
2:15
Mm. Yeah.
2:17
Because with AI you're capable of almost anything.
2:20
Yeah. And the crazy thing is like, you can actually do it.
2:23
Yeah. You can actually do it.
2:24
But But you know what the problem is?
2:26
I think the big problem is that there is no self-efficacy.
2:30
Right.
2:31
Mm. Back in the days when you did something that sounded so outrageous, but you did it anyways.
2:36
Yeah.
2:36
It was like, wow, like that guy's really good.
2:38
Right?
2:38
Yeah. Yeah.
2:39
Like, and then you get praised for that and then you feel a sense of pride, right?
2:42
Yeah.
2:43
There is none of that now.
2:44
Of course.
2:44
Yeah. Both on the who, whoever asked for that job, and for yourself as well.
2:50
And it's crazy.
2:51
It's like, I think so like last week I think I did a pretty good job in like doing this very extensive paperwork.
2:57
Mm-hmm. Or like document work.
2:58
Yeah, Of course, like with the help of AI, Mm-hmm.
3:01
But I thought it was pretty good, right?
3:04
It is like, so like, okay, yeah. Right.
3:06
Cool.
3:06
else did do? Yeah.
3:07
And then we move on and I think, I think this is a really big problem in the workplace.
3:12
Yeah. Yeah.
3:13
And whenever I interact with, let's say, the engineers, right?
3:16
Yeah. And I ask them to do something and they did it really quickly.
3:19
Yeah. I'm like, wow.
3:20
Like this was really good.
3:21
yeah.
3:21
And they always have this like, a sense of embarrassment saying like, oh, I didn't do it.
3:26
Yeah. I did it.
3:27
Yeah. Yeah.
3:27
I did it.
3:27
Yeah. I did it.
3:29
And so my, now I'm starting to think like, what's the whole point of this whole AI thing?
3:33
Like we really have to think about what that quote unquote thing that really matters is, right?
3:39
Mm-hmm.
3:40
Whether that's gonna be
